1. Can the accessories get wet?

Of course, all our accessories are made of stainless steel (316L surgical steel) and the gold is achieved with 18K gold. This means they won't stain, rust, or turn your skin green.

2. Do the accessories cause any type of allergy?

Steel jewelry does not cause any type of allergy, don't worry!

3. How are the accessories made?

Our jewelry is made in China by suppliers with a quality seal that have been audited and comply with the standards of the Foreign Trade Association.

4. What are the shipping methods?

5. What payment methods can I use?

We allow payments with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, among others. At checkout you will be able to see the different payment methods you have available.

6. How can I make a return?

To make a return, you just have to contact us, send us the ticket that you receive in your email after making a purchase and we will issue a refund order when we receive the return order.

7. Are returns free?
