What we cover

• Change in color or loss of shine of the steel.
• Damage to the material that is not caused by misuse.
• Manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

• Items that are not made of stainless steel (example: pearls, natural stones or other materials).
• Samples
• Normal wear and tear from use (scratches, bumps, extreme bends).
• Damage caused by improper handling, chemicals, or unauthorized repairs.

How it works

1. Write to us with your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Send us photos or videos and tell us what happened to info@shinyst.com
3. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost*.
*In cases where the product is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative of the same value or store credit.
