Order cancellation:
The customer may request cancellation of an order if their item has not been shipped within 7 business days. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer rejects the package upon delivery, they will be charged for return shipping.

Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Shinyst's return policy allows you to return undamaged and unused Shinyst product within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment or request a refund (excludes cost shipping) for any reason.

Attention: Shinyst is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3 to 6 business days after receiving your item(s) to process it.
The refund period is as follows:

1. Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours.
2. Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.

Replacement
Situations that may request replacement:

1. Quality problems or things missing:

Shinyst offers you replacement service within 14 days from the day you receive the package. After verifying the situation (possibly we will ask you for photo or video of the product status), we will send you the same product or the missing product again.

2. You have received wrong products and want to make a replacement.

If you have received wrong products, you can request a replacement within 14 days from the day you receive the package and we will send you the correct product after verifying the situation.

To request a return or refund, please email us stating the reason for the return and attach images/video of the product and provide your order number. Once your request is approved, we may ask you to provide us with the item's tracking number.
