Return policy

At Shinyst, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We perform quality control checks on all items before shipping and work with 316L stainless steel, a standard used even in surgery, so we are confident in what we offer and can therefore provide warranties.

Order cancellation:
The customer can request cancellation of an order if their item has not been shipped within 7 business days. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, they will be charged for return shipping.

Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Shinyst's return policy allows you to return the undamaged and unused Shinyst product within 30 days of the date of receipt of shipment or request a refund (excluding shipping costs) for any reason.

Please note : Shinyst does not cover the return shipping costs.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3 to 6 business days after receiving your item(s) to process it.

The refund period is as follows:

1. Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours.
2. Credit card refunds: between 7 and 14 business days.

Changes

Situations for requesting a change:

1. Quality problems:

Shinyst offers a 30-day exchange service from the date you receive your package. After verifying the condition (we may request a photo or video of the product), we will send you the same product.

2. You have received incorrect products and want to make an exchange.

If you have received incorrect products, you can request a replacement within 30 days from the day you receive the package and we will send the correct product after verifying the situation.

To request a return or refund, please email us stating the reason for the return and attaching images/video of the product, along with your order number. Once your request is approved, we may ask you to provide the tracking number for the item.
